Solution Design

e-Logics believe that every customer’s environment is unique and requires some level of solution customization. We do not subscribe to “a solution that serves all” approach. Our focus therefore with every customer engagement is to start the process with a solution design. A Solution design is kicked off with an assessment to evaluate current process and systems.

The assessment results in a comprehensive business requirements definition and scope with action plan and clear responsibilities that can be committed to by the client management.

This document forms the basis for the functional design that aims to develop and document the processes and systems requirements.

Every business is unique in terms of maturity and priorities of their supply chain processes. We take this position into account when structuring a phased approach for the design and implementation of processes and systems. The detailed objectives of every phase depend on organizational readiness and will be reviewed at the end of each phase to determine readiness for the next phase.
